Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Policy)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

What You Need to Do

  • Email us with clear photos/videos as proof
  • Include your order details

After Inspection

  • We will verify the issue and confirm eligibility
  • If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund, or
  • An alternative product

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If Approved

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund will be credited within 10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation once processed

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Returns that do not meet our policy criteria may not be accepted
